As the HR Manager, I spearheaded the overhaul of the recruitment and onboarding process. This involved implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS) for better candidate management and designing a structured, engaging onboarding program. Collaborated closely with department heads to align hiring criteria with team goals and ensure new hires felt supported from day one.
